Modern “Jersey” barriers, that can be found in most modern day cities around the world.  The damaged sections will fit perfectly in an Afghanistan road block diorama, or even in a Cold-War era Korea or Vietnam scene.  The set contains four heavily damaged Jersey barriers and two traffic cones.
